Summer Sessions August

We plan to hold our 3rd Summer Session of 2020 on Friday 28th August to Monday 31st August.
With Covid-19 still at the forefront of people's minds, some of the new rules remain from the last two sessions:

• Please maintain a minimum of 2m (or 1m+) from people outside of your household.
• Shared toilet facilities are available at the farm, please look for the signs. (During Summer Session weekends the toilets will be cleaned regularly).
• Please take all rubbish home with you. We ask that you bring your own bin bags, however if you're stuck please speak to one of the members.
• Check in with Adam, Ash, Floyd, Peter or Zoë when you arrive. This is to assist with Track and Trace should anyone fall ill (information held in line with GDPR Regulations, data shall be destroyed after 21 days).
• You can have a fire pit, however this needs to be on a slab to save the grass. The weather has been incredibly hot at EKP recently, with the dry conditions all fires must be off the ground, pits must be on slabs (some available on site) and water should be kept local to the fire in case of accidental ignition.
• Unfortunately the Clubhouse and BBQs are out of bounds for the time being (this may change as and when restrictions are lifted).
• Have fun, from a distance!

Tickets are available on the website, however we are still accepting cash on the day. Prices as follows:
Family weekend, camping & flying (2 adults, children under 16 go free)- £50
Single person weekend, camping & flying- £25
Single person weekend, camping- £20
Single person, one night camping- £10

With this being the bank holiday weekend, visitors are welcome to stay for free on the Sunday night providing you have stayed and paid for at least one night over the course of the weekend.
